Cook County’s First-Ever Digital Equity Action Plan

In celebration of Digital Inclusion Week, President Toni Preckwinkle unveiled a landmark plan to close the digital divide across Cook County. The Digital Equity Action Plan lays the foundation for equitable access to internet, devices, skills, and safety—and calls on residents, businesses, and organizations to help shape a more connected future.
