The Future of Health in a Connected Cook County - Digital Equity Town Hall
Cook County Digital Equity is refreshing its Digital Equity Action Plan and wants to hear directly from residents, healthcare providers, community organizations, advocates, caregivers, and public health leaders working at the intersection of health, wellness, and digital access.
This virtual town hall will explore how access to reliable internet, devices, and digital skills impacts telehealth access, appointment scheduling, health information, mental and behavioral health support, prescription management, health insurance navigation, aging in place, and overall community well-being. The conversation will create space to identify barriers, share lived experiences, and discuss strategies that can help build a healthier, more connected, and equitable future for individuals and families across Cook County.
